EU AI Labels Since 2 August 2026: What Businesses Need to Know Now

Since 2 August 2026, the transparency obligations of Article 50 of the EU AI Act apply. Businesses increasingly need to know when AI-generated or AI-modified content must be disclosed. The European Commission provides three uniform icons for this purpose, which can be used voluntarily. Not every use of artificial intelligence automatically triggers a labelling obligation.
