Frequently asked pricing questions

What counts as a connected mailbox?
Every personal or shared mailbox you connect to Chifty Office counts as one mailbox – regardless of how many people work in it.
What counts as a Chat user?
Every person with their own, centrally managed access to Chifty Chat counts as one user.
Can I use Office and Chat for different numbers of people?
Yes. The number of Office mailboxes and Chat users is independent of each other. For example, you can connect three mailboxes and provide Chat to ten people.
What does the AI quota mean?
The quota determines the available scope of model use within a billing period. The Intensive 5X package includes five times the Standard package's quota.
How is additional Knowledge storage billed?
The base license includes 1 GB of storage. If more is needed, storage can be expanded in small increments to match actual demand. We'll publish the terms together with the final pricing.
Do I have to book Knowledge from the start?
No. You can start with Chifty Office or Chifty Chat and add Chifty Knowledge later once you want to provide your company knowledge centrally.
Can I add packages and products later?
Yes. Users, mailboxes, storage, and additional products can be added at any time to fit your needs.
When will pricing and trial conditions be published?
We'll publish both together at launch – including the scope and duration of a possible trial period.
